This fully equipped college with all the necessary infrastructure for higher learning was inaugurated by the then Chief Minister Madhya Pradesh, Honorable Shri Digvijay Singh on 17th September, 2001 during the Amrit Mahotsav to celebrate the birthday of the patron of the college Pt. Shriyut Shrinivas Tiwari.
