The mechanism to obtain the list containing the various domain names hosting the contents of child sexual abuse is being worked out in direct consultation with the Crime Bureau of investigation.  The apex court has asked the center to suggest the various ways to ban child pornography in all forms in the country.  It has said that the national cannot afford to carry on any experiment with such issues.  In the name of liberty and freedom of expression the nation can’t allow screening of such explicit things in the internet.

The Apex Court after hearing the PIL filed by the Indore based advocate Kamlesh Vaswani and Supreme Court women lawyers seeking a direction to the government to adopt various measures towards improvement in effectiveness of blocking child pornography.  The bench has asked ASG to take instructions on how fast it can actually block the various sites on child pornography.
